I definitely want to try one. Could you try to make some with apples and cinnamon some time? I was given a apple/cinnamon muffin for my morning snack which I readily accepted. Surprise! when I opened it, it was some kind of carrot/raisin concoction that should never have left the store! Well, at least not if it was headed in my direction. This store is notorious for not putting the right muffin on the right shelf. I think I should complain, I mean come on! Carrots and raisins could have killed someone like me! :-) If you make apple cinnamon ones, I'll give you my fax number again! These look delicious! I definitely want to try one. Linda, wait until she posts the whoopee cakes, Oh my word they are so so good.
