My wonderful daughter in law said if I stopped by she would give me a cake and how can anyone refuse an offer like that as I hinted I was headed that way in hopes of getting something. This cake just melts in your mouth and is so good with a glass of milk and also a nice cup of tea or coffee. Soft, moist, and the flavor was wonderful. The only problem is that I would have a piece then about an hour later I thought I should go have another piece so it didn't last very long. Perfect I thought. Okay, let me tell you about this cake…….So good.
